Which session is right for me?
High Intensity:
This session is designed for Junior’s and Senior’s in HS and those already in College. We meet twice a week for one hour and fifteen minutes. One day focuses on endurance, foot work and core strength. The second day focuses on speed, agility, over all body strength. At the start of the 8 week session there will be testing. The first thing you will do is the gauntlet: 1 mile, ½ mile, ¼ mile, 10 40 yrd sprints, 1 minute of push ups, and finally 1 minute of sit-ups, there is a 1 minute break between each. At the conclusion of the 8 weeks there will be conclusion testing. This will show you how much you have improved.
HS Session:
This session is designed for high school athletes of any age. It is not as intense as the high intensity, but you will work hard! We meet twice a week for 1 hour. Similar to the high intensity class, one day will focus on endurance, foot work and core strength. The second day focuses on speed, agility, over all body strength. The testing in the first week will not be as intense as the High Intensity level. You will run a timed mile among other things. There will be conclusion testing so you can see the improvements you have made.
LAST DITCH EFFORT
Did you forget to work out this summer? Too much time at the beach? This is your last chance to get into any sort of practice shape before fall season starts. This session is aimed at the High Intensity crowd. It will be very tough! We will meet three times a week for 1 hour. Each session will include sprint work, core strength, agility exercises, and endurance. It will be a faster pace that the other two options. Come prepared to work hard!
