This program offers a high-intensity training similar to a Division I program. Every meeting is a focused work out to improve your speed, agility, and general fitness. The ultimate goal is to give you a taste of what a college athletic program is like.
At the end of an 8-week session you will be more fit and better prepared to handle college athletics.
As the weeks progress so will the intensities of the workouts.

This program is aimed at athletes serious about sports and considering playing college or currently participating. It is only open to HS Juniors and Seniors and College athletes. Each session will be fast paced, high impact and designed to give you an all around work out. A combination of sprinting, footwork, agility drills, core exercises, and endurance training will make up each session.
Athlete will be provided with 2 t-shirts. This camp will be held like a Division I sports program. Many of the drills and exercises are commonly executed during preseason and off season training. This camp is great for athletes looking to improve their all around performance.
